Affordable Luxury Condominiums in Sarasota Florida
According to the Sarasota Herald-Tribune, an Atlanta developer brings its first new residential project to the Sarasota real estate market calling the project "affordable luxury." White & White just finished a condo conversion here and is now building 119 units in six buildings at the corner of Tuttle Avenue and Myrtle Street. Completion is anticipated for November.
Overlooking an adjacent golf course, the gated community will contain several small lakes with fountains. The Lakeside, Sarasota units will be two bedrooms and two baths with screened lanais. Prices will range from $284,900 to more than $329,000. Three bedroom units will also be available.
Included in the amenities of these Sarasota condos are a community clubhouse, resort-style swimming pool, fitness center, elevator service and trash chutes in each building, and the condos will feature architectural embellishments of the latest in resort style living.
