"Few American cities can rival the economic growth and opportunity facing the City of Sarasota and its downtown." Tony Souza, President of The Downtown Partnership, wrote in the February 2006 issue of Destination Downtown, the Partnership's quarterly news magazine.

Souza says "we believe downtown will be the destination that everyone wished for." And along with this economic growth in our city, is the explosion of new Sarasota condos. The city's revitalizion is continuing with state of the art building designs including the developments of 100 Central, Plaza at Five Points and the Alinari in the center of the Sarasota arts district.

The possibilities of Sarasota are exciting, and as our skyline changes, we watch in awe!
