In the past few weeks, buyers have been emailing asking for more information on Sarasota Real Estate than in the last few months. From all outward signs, there could be a return to normal soon for the national market.

In Sarasota, according to an article in last week's Herald Tribune, buyers in this area, not willing to chance that prices are going up, are stepping up to the plate and purchasing. Price have been slashed by sellers, some even willing to take loses to move forward.
