Each of these Sarasota condos will have two parking spaces and private cabanas are available on the bayfront pool deck overlooking the marina. This Kolter community is priced starting from the $1 millions. In 2005, the site of this condominium project sold for $40 million at the height of the Sarasota real estate craze.
