Last week on New Year's Eve and New Year's Day, a lovely couple from Orlando previewed some Lido Key real estate. It was the most beautiful day, and we scheduled showings from Southpoint Shores to the south end of Longboat Key zeroing in on several homes and condos on Lido Key, Florida.

The Circle (St. Armands) was bustling with vacationers on holiday probably visiting families over the Christmas vacation or taking a break from the northern cold weather. The Colombia was just getting busy as we passed about 11:00 am. Returning from Longboat Key about 2:00 pm, you couldn't find a table.
St. Armands Circle is a shopping mecca with specialty shops, restaurants and cafes. You can find seashells, garden items as well as shoes and jewelry. Dine casual or fancy! St. Armands has it all.
